It's punishable to burn AMERICAN FLAG 1 year in jail. I remember President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14341 in August 2025 directing the Department of Justice to prosecute flag burning to the maximum extent permissible. During the signing, TRUMP stated, "If you burn a flag, you get one year in jail," though flag burning itself remains protected speech under the Supreme Court's 1989 Texas v. Johnson ruling.But, regardless of that, I also think it is even more clear that those who are here in America as our guests should not be protesting against our nation, much less doing such things as desecrating our flag by burning it. I would never do that in another nation! I would respect their customs and national heritage and pride while there! That's called being a good guestSo, I would love to see Tom Homan and ICE crack down on those caught burning Old Glory at protests, and deport those who are not American citizens.
