11. And after three months we departed in a ship of Alexandria, Acts 28:11; KJV. Paul is shipwrecked on the island of Malta. The islanders are kind, and Paul prays for healing of the people. Our verse today, Paul arrives in Rome, as it was prophesied. Paul meets believers who encourage him. Paul is living in freedom but under a Roman guard. Paul calls the Jewish leaders, sharing the Gospel message that Jesus Is The Messiah. Some believe, some reject. Paul declares that salvation will now be sent to the Gentiles and they will hear it. Paul lives 2 years in Rome, receiving all who come, preaching the Gospel with confidence, and no one stops him. The lesson: God protects His servants, storm, shipwreck, snakebite, nothing could stop Paul from doing God's work. Where you are at never limits God's abilities. The Gospel message is for everyone, but not all will believe. Paul was under a Roman guard, but he was free in Christ. Amen.
