……July 20, 1890 ~ Remembering actress VERNA FELTON, today on her birthday. Felton appeared on radio from the 1930s to the 1950s, and in a number of films from 1917 to 1967. She even starred as main cast in a couple of early tv shows: “December Bride”, 1954-59, and that show’s spin-off, “Pete and Gladys”, 1960-61. But it’s her voice over work for some of the classic Disney films for which she’s best remembered. Verna Felton died in 1966 at age 76.
