Working Americans are keeping more of what they earn right now, this year, on this tax return.But the vote is on the record, and the record matters.Democrats can give speeches about the little guy from now until Election Day. Speeches are free. Votes are what count. When the little guy's tax cut was sitting on the House floor, every single Democrat lined up against it.The Founders built Congress so the people could see exactly who stands where. No hiding, no fog, just a roll call with names attached. That transparency is a gift, and we should use it.So the next time someone tells you only one party cares about working families, do not argue. Just show them the vote.The waitress keeps her tips. The welder keeps his overtime. Grandma keeps her check. That happened, and it happened over the loud and unanimous objection of the party that claims to speak for all three.Actions are the only speech that matters in Washington.
