Chinese businessman, right-wing media mogul, and real estate tycoon Miles Guo has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for defrauding his followers of more than $1 billion. Guo, who also used the names “Ho Wan Kwok,” “Guo Wengui,” “Brother Seven,” “The Principal,” and “Boss,” was convicted of racketeering, securities fraud, money laundering, and defrauding donors and investors.
