That's all they need + a VP JD Vance tie breaking Vote - who continues to stand by to issue that vote. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) voted no. Thune also continues to claim that he doesn't have the votes to nuke the filibuster, which his colleagues say is another lie.
