Arrested in early June 2026. Jenny Quinones (Amsterdam, NY): Accused of obtaining more than $12,000 (around $12,558) in SNAP benefits. Arrested in May 2026. Tiffany Butler (Sprakers, NY): Accused of receiving $50,525 in SNAP benefits. Charged with multiple counts of offering a false instrument for filing and welfare fraud. Arrested around June 11, 2026. Abdidwahid Mohamed (Minneapolis, MN): Grocery store owner accused of trafficking more than $1.1 million in SNAP benefits. Charged with SNAP benefits trafficking (a felony carrying up to 20 years). Charged in early June 2026. Lina Orovio-Hernandez (Boston, MA): Accused of improperly obtaining $43,348 in SNAP benefits. Aisha Carr (Milwaukee, WI): Accused of misreporting income to receive $2,808 in FoodShare (Wisconsin’s SNAP) benefits. She is a former Milwaukee Public Schools board member who faced related charges!
