O’bummer coerced the black contractors to build his ugly billion dollar library (it looks like a cement barricade) and then he stiffed them. Many are either in bankruptcy or on the verge of it. Hundreds of millions of dollars that he bilked out of hard working black families he is now refusing to pay. He’s blaming it on a 3rd party contractor that he put in charge. Very convenient excuse for robbing his own people. SHAMEFUL!!!
