Man with 35 Prior Arrests and 100 Charges Stabs Man, Assaults Pregnant Woman.Paul Hicks, 31, was free for some reason in Charlotte, NC. Now he's attempted to kill a 35-year-old man and attacked a 26-year-old pregnant woman. Police say Hicks used a knife, his hands, feet, and TEETH during the assaults.For now he's denied bond BUT it's North Carolina... He'll probably be out soon.
