The so-called “No Kings” protests planned for June 14 reveal a troubling pattern of division on a day that should unite Americans. Flag Day and the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary deserve celebration of our nation’s strength and service, not manufactured outrage aimed at the President. Hollywood elites like Bette Midler and Jane Fonda are once again rallying their followers against traditional American leadership.
This timing on President Trump’s 80th birthday feels less like organic activism and more like a calculated effort to overshadow patriotism with celebrity spectacle. While they preach about democracy and the First Amendment, their message dismisses the will of millions who elected strong leadership to restore order and prosperity.
True strength comes from respecting our institutions, honoring our military, and rejecting these endless attempts to tear down what makes America exceptional. Americans should focus on unity, gratitude, and the real progress being made for our future.
