Wow!! This new law is so messed up that the taxing authority, Colorado Department of Revenue, is in charge of determining what semi-autos are banned, and then the entity that oversees hunting and fishing, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is in charge of determining if you have enough "training" to own an otherwise banned semi-auto.
