$50,000 fines for ICE agents accused of intimidating voters near polling stations.
New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham just signed Senate Bill 264, making New Mexico the first state to criminalize armed federal agents, military troops, or ICE officers being deployed near polling places, parking lots, or ballot drop boxes.
Under the new law, deploying them near voting sites could be treated as a fourth-degree felony, and intimidating voters could bring civil fines up to $50,000 per violation.

If everyone who shows up to vote is LEGALLY voting because they are CITIZENS with the RIGHT to vote, then why would it be a problem for ICE AGENTS or CBP AGENTS or any government agent to appear at polling stations?
