14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,John 1:1:14. In the beginning, Jesus was with God from the very start. Jesus didn't begin in Bethlehem; His existence is eternal. In these 14 verses, we are assured that Jesus is truly Eternal, Divine, Creator, the giver of life, our light in darkness, who, being God, came in human form to die in our place for sins He never committed. You may search all the religions in the world made by men; none have a god who became human to die for the sins of mankind. There are none; He created everything seen and invisible. There are none who existed with Almighty God before time and creation, who are called the Son of God. There are none that sit next to the Almighty, given a name above all names. Almighty God does not focus His attention on those who reject His Son, Christ the Lord; His blessings are on those that receive Jesus, reject the world, live for Christ, and obey Christ. These shall receive the reward, prepared before the world was created. These shall receive and rejoice, being given what the world cannot even imagine. These shall inherit eternal life because Christ died so they could live. Amen.
