TDS News — New York, NY — In what organizers are calling a “completely normal and not-at-all hypocritical” turn of events, Mayor Zohran Mamdani delivered a fiery “Tax the Rich” speech at Thursday’s May Day rally — an event bankrolled by Chinese billionaire Neville Roy Singham.“Enough is enough!” Mamdani thundered from the podium while standing proudly in front of giant “NO BILLIONAIRES” banners. “The ultra-wealthy have hoarded too much for too long. We must make them pay their fair share!”When pressed on whether the event’s primary funder qualified as one of those ultra-wealthy people who should be taxed into oblivion, Mamdani clarified that Mr. Singham is “one of the good billionaires” because he uses his fortune to advance the noble cause of taxing other billionaires from his luxury compound in Shanghai.Singham could not be reached for comment, as he was reportedly busy wiring another eight-figure check to American socialist groups while enjoying the many freedoms and low taxes available to billionaires living under the Chinese Communist Party.Reported by Hugh Jasshole, Senior Hypocrisy Correspondent for TDS News
