Reported by Hugh Jasshole, TDS NewsNEW YORK, NY — In what political analysts are calling a “historic display of spine,” New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani found himself repeatedly asked during a Meet the Press interview whether he wants Kamala Harris to run for president in 2028.Mamdani, looking visibly uncomfortable, refused to answer the question, instead launching into a passionate soliloquy about potholes, affordable housing, and how New Yorkers are tired of “politicians pontificating about other politicians.”“Of course nobody wants that cackling idiot to run for president again, she never won the nomination in the first place,” said literally everyone with functioning brain cells. “Mamdani was just too afraid to say it.”Sources close to the mayor say the democratic socialist simply broke out in a cold sweat and began sweating more than a socialist at a tax cut convention when host Kristen Welker pressed him for a straight answer. At press time, Mamdani’s communications team confirmed his top priority remains fixing New York’s crumbling infrastructure — and definitely not admitting that another Harris campaign would be an unmitigated disaster.
