FYI I I had done regular 3-day fasting which means no food just water. It supposed to give your internal organs a break, rest for process all the food you ate. It's refreshing and ypu feel lighter 👉Dry fasting, also known as absolute fasting, is a technique that involves abstaining from all food and liquids. It has many potential benefits, including:-It can help regulate blood sugar.-It can help burn fat.-It can help support liver function.-It can help reduce inflammation. If you’re new to fasting, experiment with intermittent dry fasting for a few hours and pay attention to how your body reacts.Note how you feel after your first few fasting sessions, and once you get comfortable, transition into a 12-hour or 14-hour dry fasting period. Then, when you break your fast, drink plenty of liquids. Kefir and bone broth are good choices!"

I just finished an 84 hour water fast! I wouldn’t recommend dry fasting but let me know how it turns out!
