It’s time we rethink our national priorities. Honoring those who sacrificed everything for our freedom should come before celebrating lifestyles that divide us. Veterans have earned our respect through blood, sweat, and service, yet we push them aside for trendy social causes that demand endless attention.True patriotism means putting first the men and women who defend our Constitution and way of life. Their courage built and preserved this country, not parades that promote confusion over clarity. We owe them more than empty words once a year.Let’s replace empty gestures with meaningful recognition. Veterans Month would remind every American what real honor looks like—duty, sacrifice, and love of country above all. It’s long overdue.
