Senator Tom Cotton says he's filing procedural objections over four Democrats he says "consistently" vote for each other by proxy, a practice ruled out when John Thune took over as Majority Leader."They're supposed to be present for both the quorum call and the vote," said Cotton, "If they're not going to respect the rules of the upper chamber, they should lose their votes."Cotton says the objections will stop the next vote until all names are read into the record and accounted for."It wasn't all that hard to outsmart them."
