1. Chocolate Mud Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 cup butter (cubed)
• 8 oz dark chocolate (chopped)
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Stir in hot water and vanilla.
6. Fold in flour.
7. Pour into a lined pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
8. Cool before serving.

Ingredients:

9. Baileys Mud Cake
Ingredients:

• 8 oz dark chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 tbsp Baileys Irish cream
Procedure:
1. Melt butter and chocolate.
2. Add eggs and mix.
3. Stir in Baileys and flour.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Bake at 170°C for 50–60 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
