Nostalgic, timeworn spirit of Route 66—complete with a vintage gas pump, an old Chevrolet parked in front of a dusty roadside stop, and rugged Western landscapes in the background. These kinds of small-town scenes are scattered all along the route, especially through Arizona, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Although it's difficult to pinpoint the exact location just from the photo, the mountain range in the background and the arid brushland suggest it might be from somewhere in New Mexico or Arizona, perhaps near places like Tucumcari, Kingman, or even a lesser-known stretch through Holbrook.
