BOYCOTT: A group of Democratic members of Congress say they will skip the State of the Union address, arguing they refuse to sit and listen to what they describe as misinformation and policies they believe have harmed the country.Instead, they plan to participate in an alternative event they’re calling “The People’s Union.”Among those reportedly boycotting: • Sen.
