Have to make a correction the Government did get North Carolina 1.65 billion dollars last week. To help people rebuild their homes and help businesses reopen plus rebuild the roads and bridges. But it did take almost 4 months for them to get it. Not like California 4 days after the fires begun the government is going to cover you 100%.
