👉Afghan Migrants claim they are 'not used to women being free and equal to men' as the reason for abducting & raping a 15-year-old👉Cell phone video captured the girl's screams as the migrant covered her mouth, footage so graphic that defense lawyers argued it could incite public disorder if released.👉The 17-year-old Afghan boat migrants - Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal - arrived in Britain as unaccompanied asylum seekers.👉The court heard how they abducted the girl, dragged into a secluded "den-type" area, pushed to the ground, then both migrants raped her.👉Barrister Joshua Radcliffe, representing one of the defendants, said "cultural differences" caused the crime, saying his client "is not used to a society where women are free and deemed equal to men."👉Radcliffe added that the migrant was "not used to a society where alcohol is freely available" leaving him "morally at sea" amid "massive cultural barriers that have become massive moral barriers."👉Over the past five years, UK courts have seen a spike of same type of defenses in sexual assault cases involving migrants from cultures where women are systematically devalued - M*slim - often under Sharia- law that clashes violently with Western standards.👉Muslims - including Afghans - do not view women as equal, and they allow violence, & rape.👉Examples Islam rules, Sharia Law: 🔺Burqa - Forced on women so men don't get sexually tempted and r*pe therm, if the woman is r*ped it is her fault and she will be punished for it.🔺Quranic verse 24:31 and 33:59: Commands women to “draw their veils over their bosoms” and “draw their cloaks close round them” so they may be “recognised and not harassed”. - If they are uncovered its considered sexual provocation.🔺“Women have no importance in Islam… If a woman goes out, she must be covered so that men do not fall into sin.”🔺Women can be beaten, imprisoned or k*lled if they do not wear the burqa🔺Men murder women or girls that have dishonored the family by refusing arranged marriages, having an affair, or even victimization by rape.🔺Women accused of zina (fornication) face public stoning to death.🔺Amnesty International reports women imprisoned for "moral crimes" like being r*ped, then lashed 30-100 times publicly🔺Husbands or male guardians can beat wives for disobedience, like leaving home without permission or not cleaning and cooking.🔺Girls as young as 9 are sold to settle disputes or resolve debts.Women cannot go out with out a male chaperone, are banned from parks, sports, and can't travel without a man. 🔺Some may not speak in public.
