Homemade - Dry Rub Seasoning for Turkey
Recipe:
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/4 cup salt
How to dry brine:
In a small bowl, mix salt and the rest of the dry herbs.
Pat your turkey dry with paper towel. Apply seasoning inside the cavity. Then, rub the rest of the seasoning on the skin, all over the skin, breast, legs.
Refrigerate overnight and ready to cook on Thanksgiving Day! Enjoy π
