Tshikundi Taty, 44, wore a wig and mask to disguise himself as a ‘woman’ in a Planet Fitness locker room in Maryland. According to the Planet Fitness transgender and gender identity policy- men who claim to be ‘women’ are allowed to use lockerooms that match their gender identity. “All members and team members may use Planet Fitness locker room facilities and programs based on their self-reported gender identity.”He was arrested and faces 4 misdemeanor charges.
