This is “Tacua speciosa” , a very large species of cicada, native to Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the islands of Borneo, Sumatra and Java.
It is among the largest cicadas in the world, with a head-body length of 4.7-5.7 cm (1.9-2.2 in) and a wingspan of 15-18 cm (5.9-7.1 in).
This species has black wings, and some striking features such as a yellow-green collar, a red transversal stripe on the thorax and a turquoise-blue abdomen.
