The National Museum in Prague, located at the top of Wenceslas Square, is housed in a grand Neo-Renaissance building designed by architect Josef Schulz and completed in 1891.
The grand staircase is one of the most striking architectural elements of the historical building and serves as a monumental entrance to the museum’s Pantheon (main hall).
