Semper Fi ❤️🇺🇸🙏♥️Remembering Marine Lance Cpl. Eric L. Ward today, who gave his life in service to our country on February 21, 2010, during Operation Enduring Freedom. At 19 years old, from Redmond, Washington, he was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He died while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.His bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Thank you for your service, Lance Cpl. Ward.
