The Madagascar Bright-eyed Frog
Boophis madagascariensis, one of the largest members of the very diverse and spectacular group of frogs. Apart from its size, the pointy 'dermal flaps' on its elbows and heels help distinguish it from its relatives. While classed as least concern, it's suffered as most species have in Madagascar from habitat loss due to rampant land clearing.
