Update 8:30 P.M.: Farmington Police Department is investigating an incident that occurred in a local retail men’s restroom. Syringes were taped to the toilet, as pictured, and one individual required medical care. We are working to identify the substance involved, and this remains an active investigation.At this time, we believe this to be an isolated incident.
