Robert E. Lee, an American Icon and beloved Southern patriot, graduated 2nd in his class at West Point in 1829. He was called the “Marble Model” because of his drive and focus as a student, and later served as the Academy's superintendent from Sept. 1, 1852, to March 31, 1855.
It is only right and proper that President Trump has ordered Lee's picture to be hung once more at this prestigious U.S. Military Academy.
