A North Carolina man wanted in a murder and attempted murder case in Orangeburg County has been arrested in North Charleston.
Zaquan Shaquez Jamison, 20, is accused of shooting dead a 17-year-old black boy in January. He was arrested on Aug. 15 after turning himself in on the warrants.
At Jamison's arraignment, he told the judge that he couldn't have been the gunman because he can't bend his finger(s) to pull a trigger.
