Great Peace Prayer Tower, Tondabayashi, Osaka.
Also known as PL Tower. A 180m high cenotaph tower built by a new religious movement called Perfect Liberty Church, in 1970, to commemorate 'every war victims in history'. It was the Tallest structure in Osaka prefecture until 1993.
