Hundreds of Druze civilians were recently massacred in Sweida, including women and children, in a brutal raid by the country's security forces - which are actually made up of Salafi-jihadist militias. The al-Sharah (al-Jolani) regime, which has branded itself the "new Syrian government", is in fact a modern incarnation of ISIS, in collaboration with foreign fighters and under the auspices of Saudi Arabia and the USA. Dalia Ziada, a researcher at the Jerusalem Center for Foreign and Security Affairs, writes that the ethnic cleansing against the Druze and Alawites is being carried out openly, and the West is not only silent - it is cooperating.
