Rest In Peace US Army Daniel Milnes who passed away on April 8. 2025. Daniel Milnes was born in Lowell, Mass. on Oct. 15, 1951. Danny served in Vietnam from 1971-1972 as part of the Army s 84th Engineer Battalion and was honorably discharged as a specialist 4th class. After Vietnam he returned home to finish his apprenticeship. He was a proud journeyman electrician. Danny married Jacqueline and they had two daughters. Though Danny left Vietnam in 1972, the war never left him. Agent Orange poisoning and complex PTSD and all that comes with it remained with Danny for the 53 years following his service. While he was not always able to be present with Jacqueline and his girls, he loved them very much. Danny passed away in Lowell, Mass., on April 8, 2025. His injuries both those seen and unseen contributed to his passing. Danny can rest peacefully knowing that he is remembered here alongside his buddies.
