The new guidance issued through HHS limited COVID-19 v*ccine recommendations to specific high-risk groups, such as the elderly and those with severe underlying health conditions, rather than recommending every person, of every age group regardless of health should take them. . He emphasized a "targeted approach," arguing that v*ccines posed risks for younger, healthier individuals and that natural immunity should be prioritized.
