🚨BREAKING UPDATE: The DA’s office is reportedly planning to drop charges in the Aurora kidnapping attempt.
Solomon Galligan, a registered sex offender, was accused of trying to kidnap an 11-year-old boy at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora, CO, last April.
Now, the DA is planning to drop the charges because Galligan has been deemed “mentally incompetent to stand trial” under the law.
That means Galligan could soon be released—free to roam the streets again.
