UPDATE: 3 teens arrested for ripping a rainbow Pride Flag in Atlanta have been charged with obstruction, criminal damage to property, conspiracy, and prowling.They are also facing the possibility of hate crimes charges. If convicted as a felony, they could be sentenced to more than 10 years behind bars.
