Gertrud Fröberg was one of the Red Cross volunteers who received the refugees who arrived in Malmö during the spring of 1945. She had volunteered for many years in the sanitation teams. She undressed people, washed them, and sanitised them with DDT to kill fleas and lice. RIP 🙏
