May 7 marks five years since Morgan Grace Wetherbee was murdered in a head-on collision.
Breeana McClain (right), with an open container of alcohol and a revoked driver's license, had been speeding down a city street at over 80 miles per hour when she lost control of her vehicle, jumped over a median and crossed 3 lanes of traffic to hit Morgan's car, fatally injuring her a few days before her 19th birthday.
Morgan died in a medical facility, meanwhile, Breeana set up a crowdfunding page where she blamed Morgan for the accident and asked for thousands of dollars to help buy a new car.
McClain got 3 years probation and a suspended 27 month sentence.
