March 15, 1942 | On this Sunday, before noon roll call in Birkenau, 131 prisoners are killed by drunken SS men. After noon roll call, an additional 147 prisoners and 103 Soviet POWs are tortured to death. In hospital Blocks 20, 21, and 28 in the main camp, 28 inmates die.
