Kennedy, and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "February 7, 2025 The EO requires the Director of National Intelligence, @DNIGabbard, and @AGPamBondi, in coordination with the National Security Advisor @michaelgwaltz, and White House Counsel, David Warrington, to prepare for the President within 15 days a plan “for the full and complete release of records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. ”March 9, 2025 The President also instructed the DNI and other appropriate officials review and present a plan to the President regarding the full and complete release of records relating to the assassinations of Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr. within 45 days. *The plan requires the President’s approval before documents are released according to its terms.
