Ya he totally “caved” by agreeing to a plan they have had in place since December. Lmao. Just like Mexico “caved” and agreed to send troops to the border, like they have been doing since 2021… and on trumps end of the Mexico deal, he had to agree to quit selling weapons to the cartel.
