I came in 3rd in a Chilli contest in Royce City, Texas, with my "Pappy's Old School Texas Red" recipe in 2023.
Growing up in Montreal Canada, to even be allowed to ENTER a Texas Chilli contest was an honor. I was very happy to take 3rd place.
