The Jewish child Ivan Fink, born in Prague, was deported to #Auschwitz with his mother, Marie Finková, in 1944. Of the 1,700 people who traveled with them, 1,517 were immediately killed upon arrival.
Ivan and his mother did not survive the "selection."
