The reason? The label doesn’t say it has milk in it….. MILK… it’s BUTTER, of COURSE it has milk in it!

Why couldn't they just print 80K labels saying " CONTAINS MILK " & stick them on the packages , Oh , sorry , that would have made sense.. How about selling it to a cookie or candy company , again , too smart for our government..
