Just another tidbit I didn’t know. A bit of family history. My paternal grand uncle (my grandmother’s youngest brother) traveled the country when he was a very young man. He spoke of stopping in Kittyhawk and spending time with the Wright Brothers (as a go-fer, I’m sure). Uncle Bill was an amazing man with amazing stories. He went cross country by rail and then took a stagecoach to San Francisco, where he boarded a schooner to Hawaii. We have a water color painting of Diamond Head he brought back from his travels
