I even got one jab just because I thought I'd be able to give my mom one last hug. Nope. I was only legally allowed to stand along side her bed for a couple minutes.

We weren't even legally allowed to stand outside the building just to see my mom's face.

Richard Levine didn't have any problems going to see his mom and he even was legally allowed to take his mom out of the nursing home she was in. This was in the same state of Pennsylvania.
