The "Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth" has published a report which calls for prostitution to be legalized for anyone over 18, and for the age consent to also be lowered
The reasoning they give for the legalization of prostitution is that transgender youth need “to engage in sex work for funds to purchase items such as wigs, binders, packers, and makeup.”
