The little boy on the left (with his brothers Fred, Jack and Sid) grew up to be a comedy legend. He also was no slouch in the singing and dancing department. From WWII thru the Gulf War he was always there to entertain the troops thru the USO. Leslie Townes Hope (BOB HOPE) was born on May 29 in 1903 and lived a full century.~~~~~I had the privilege of meeting him when the USO had a satellite office in my building in Hackensack, NJ. He was a lovely man who liked to smile and engage.
